We are NOW selling eggs!

Announcing - We are now selling our eggs!

It took me a while to get a handle on how many eggs we would be using personally and how many eggs we'd have available to sell. Right now we get anywhere from 8-11 eggs per day which equates to 56-77 eggs a week or between 4-6 dozen eggs per week. These egg laying rates are "winter" averages and I suspect this summer when it stays light out later we will start to get more eggs per day.
